These terms and conditions apply to the use of the Tuoksutukku online store and orders placed through it.

Products
Tuoksutukku sells repackaged fragrance samples from original perfumes.
Tuoksutukku is not affiliated with the brands, manufacturers, or trademark owners mentioned in the online store. Product names, brands, and trademarks are used solely for the purpose of identifying products and fragrances.
Products are not official sample packages produced by the original brand, unless explicitly stated otherwise in connection with the product.
Prices
Product prices are displayed in euros in the online store. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.
The total price of the order will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Ordering
The customer places an order by adding products to the shopping cart and paying for the order at checkout.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the information provided in the order is correct. Tuoksutukku is not responsible for delivery delays or failures if the customer has provided incorrect information.
Payment
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and payment service providers.
Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery time depends on the chosen delivery method.

Returns and Cancellations
Consumer customers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online store purchases.
Fragrance samples are hygiene-related products. If the product's seal, protective packaging, or other sealed packaging has been opened, the product cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless the product is faulty.

Defects and Complaints
If a product is faulty or there is a problem with the order, the customer should contact customer service as soon as possible:

Limitation of Liability
Tuoksutukku strives to keep the information in the online store accurate and up-to-date. However, we do not guarantee that the online store will always be completely error-free or continuously available.
We are not responsible for indirect damages caused by the use of the online store, delivery delays, or technical disruptions, unless otherwise required by mandatory legislation.
Intellectual Property Rights
The content of the online store, such as texts, images, layout, and other material, belongs to Tuoksutukku or its partners, unless otherwise stated. Content may not be copied or used for commercial purposes without permission.
