Processing Time

Orders are aimed to be processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of receiving the order.

During peak seasons, campaigns, or exceptional circumstances, processing may take slightly longer.

We deliver orders within Finland.

Delivery methods and shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment. Shipping costs are determined by the chosen delivery method.

Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the chosen delivery method. The estimated delivery time begins once the order has been processed and dispatched.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the transport company or postal service, but we will help clarify the status of the order if necessary.

Incorrect Delivery Information

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the contact information and delivery address provided with the order are correct.

If an order is returned due to incorrect information or an uncollected shipment, the customer may be charged for the costs incurred by re-delivery.

Lost or Damaged Shipment
