Return Policy
Right of Withdrawal
Consumer customers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for purchases made in the online store. The withdrawal period begins when the customer has received the order.

Condition of the Returned Product
The returned product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
Fragrance samples are hygiene-related products. If the product's seal, protective packaging, or other sealed packaging has been opened, the product cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless there is a defect in the product.
Making a Return
Contact us via email before making a return. In your message, please include:
- order number
- product to be returned
- reason for return
- your name and contact information
Our customer service will provide return instructions via email.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs incurred from the return, unless the product is faulty or damaged.
Refund
Once we have received and inspected the return, we will refund the payment to the original payment method.
The refund will be made no later than 14 days from the date we received the cancellation notification. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the product back or the customer has provided proof of having sent the product back.
Faulty or Damaged Product
If the product is faulty or an item is missing from the order, please contact us as soon as possible:

Please include the order number and photos of the product or shipment so that we can resolve the issue quickly.
Unclaimed Shipment
An unclaimed shipment is not the same as canceling an order. If a shipment is returned to us as unclaimed, the customer may be charged for the actual costs incurred from the return and re-shipment.
